Lee took part in a field trip to the Silverado
Imax to see the movie Prince Caspian.

Tomball Scholarship Foundation Board Member Dr. Ray
Hawkins congratulated Tomball High School senior Ricky
Whittlesey on receiving a scholarship from the Tomball
Scholarship Foundation. Twelve seniors received
scholarships, which will fund a year of tuition at any
campus within the Lone Star College System.

THS RANKS AMONG TOP IN NATION. According to Newsweek magazine, Tomball High School ranked as
one of the top public high schools in the nation for 2008. Out of 1,300 high schools, THS ranked as
number 1,167. Researchers divided the total number of students taking college-level exams, such as
Cambridge, International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement tests by the number of graduating
seniors to determine campus placement on the list. Tomball High is among one hundred six public high
schools in Texas to make the list
