Hi Ken,
Some of my friends do not live in Cypress, So------if your column is posted on the web site, they could
enjoy the wines as much as I do. Take care and keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
Irene
Just wanted to e-mail after reading the "Have You Heard" section in your magazine.
Approximately 2 months ago my husband had to get out of bed at 3:30 AM because our dog woke up
and had to go to the bathroom. I was sound asleep, then my husband came running into the
bedroom and said " you have got to get up and come outside..... I think I'm seeing 2 UFO's) I
thought he was crazy, but got up anyway. When I went out, sure enough there were 2 LARGE lights
hovering over our backyard. And I do mean hovering ...... they were stationary for a long time and
VERY large. They were defiantly not planes - - after they "hovered" for awhile, they then shot off in
different directions.
It was the most bizarre thing I had ever seen, I'm so glad that someone else saw this! They were
not any kind of meteor, becuase they didn't fall from the sky, they hovered and then took off.
Thanks for taking the time to mention this in your magazine, I sure would like to know what was flying
around Cypress that night, if you find any information on this, please let us know, It was sure
unusual.

Dear Homestead Staff-
I have an old copy of Homestead -Cypress (dated Oct.2005) I was looking for the article about haunted
house in & around the Cy-fair area.
The article 'A Haunting We Will Go' on pg. 13 was missing - help! I was trying to tell my son about the
'haunted house' article.
Any info. would be appreciated.
Thank you-

We have lived here for over 30 years and have seen many changes in the area. Your magazine is a
welcome addition. Thanks for taking the time and effort to publish it and distribute it to all local

I really enjoy reading your recommendations in The Homestead Magazine. These are typically wines
that I try to buy for everyday consumption. I like to spend $6-$8 a bottle unless it's a special
occasion and therefore, I always look forward to receiving my Tomball/Magnolia area magazine.
Hopefully you will remain a part of The Homestead for a long time!

The dogs, cats, and rabbits at AAR join the Board and volunteers in thanking you for a wonderful article
in the December issue of The Homestead. We've already received several donations and many phone
calls, as well as one volunteer.
Thank you for your support,
